Since its inception, NeoSpace has strategically grown from a small interior fit-out company to a company with a fleet of sophisticated Architects, Engineers,Back office Staff.

OUR PROCESS

Preliminary
Initiation
Before you can execute or even plan a project, you have to show that there’s a need for it, and that it will give your organization are turn on its investment by creating a business case and feasibility study.
Authority-Approvals
Planning & Approvals
Once the project has been approved, it’s time to create the schedule and tasks. Then, secure the necessary resources for your project. You’ll also need a mechanism to disseminate project communications and reports.
Project-Management
Execution, Monitor & Control
Once the road map has been created, it’s time to start, but that doesn’t mean you’ll be simply cruising through this phase. You’re assigning tasks to team members & dealing with the paper work. There will be issues that arise over the course of the project, so it’s crucial that you’re monitoring the project’s progress & controlling those changes.
Documentation
Close & Handover
The project isn’t over once the deliverables have been delivered. There’s still outstanding contracts and other paper work that need signing, distributing and archiving for use when planning future projects.
